If it sits wrong in your theme
Themes differ. If the drawer or the bar looks off, send a screenshot and the page’s address through “Contact support”. We fix it in your theme for you, at no cost.
Common questions
How do I start?
Open the app and click “Open theme editor” on Home, switch on “Cart drawer” under App embeds and save. The drawer opens when a shopper adds to cart.
Can I keep my theme’s own cart?
Yes. On the Cart drawer page, switch off “Open the drawer on add to cart”. Your theme’s cart stays, with the free-shipping bar inside it.
How does the free-shipping bar work?
Type the amount your shipping settings already give free shipping from. The bar shows how much is left to spend, then “You’ve got free shipping!”. The app doesn’t change your shipping rates.
What are add-ons?
Products shown under the cart with a one-tap Add button, like gift wrap or a care kit. Free shows 2, Pro up to 6. Products already in the cart and sold-out ones are skipped.
How does the free gift work?
With Pro, switch on Free gift, choose a product and an amount. Once the cart reaches it, the gift goes into the cart on its own at 0.
Does it work with discount codes?
Yes. Checkout stays Shopify’s, so your codes work as usual. The free gift combines with order, product and shipping discounts.
Does it speak my shoppers’ language?
Yes. Its built-in text follows your store’s language in all 24 EU languages. With Pro you can write your own words.
Why is there no revenue share?
The drawer runs in your shoppers’ browsers, so your sales cost us nothing. That’s why Pro is one flat price: no hidden costs, no fees per order.
What happens if I go back to Free?
The drawer and the bar keep working with the first 2 add-ons. The free gift pauses and your words go back to the built-in text, nothing is deleted.
How do I cancel Pro?
Open Plans in the app and click Cancel Pro.
